The colour blends charcoal, slate grey and soft silver, run through with subtle veining, so the surface has cool depth and movement rather than reading as one flat grey, the darker and lighter tones playing against each other. The penny round format is the other half of its character: small circular pieces rather than squares, giving a soft, tactile, dotted surface with a distinctive retro-luxe look.
