This one is a matte finish, which reads soft and natural and gives better grip underfoot than a gloss, so it works on shower and bathroom floors as well as walls. Mosaics come mesh-backed on sheets for easier laying. Grout colour makes a big difference with mosaic, since there is so much of it: a greige or mid-grey grout close to the tone keeps it soft and seamless, while a darker grout picks out the pieces.
