Ivory Light is the palest stone in our travertine range. The tone is a warm cream rather than a stark white, with fine, even movement and very little contrast between the light and dark bands.
That consistency is the point. Laid across a whole floor or pool surround, it reads as calm and continuous rather than busy, which is why it holds up so well over large areas.

Where it works
Travertine does not hold heat the way darker stone and concrete do, so it stays comfortable underfoot in full sun. That is the main reason Ivory Light keeps turning up around pools, in courtyards and across outdoor entertaining areas.
Indoors, the warm base tone sits well with timber, white joinery, and either brass or black tapware. It lifts a room without dominating it.
Choosing a finish
Honed and filled gives a smooth, low-maintenance surface. This is the one for internal floors and anywhere you want an even, closed surface.
Tumbled or unfilled keeps the natural pitting and texture, which adds grip. This is what you want around water, on pool coping, and on external paving.
If you are not sure, tell us where it is going and we will tell you which to use.
