Where it works

The 20mm thickness also means strong slip resistance and load capacity for external paving. Porcelain pavers of this kind usually come in a textured, matte, structured finish built for grip underfoot, which is what you want around pools and outdoors. Unlike natural stone, the finish is consistent tile to tile. If a matching thinner tile is available for indoor floors to carry the same look inside, it is worth asking, since 20mm is heavy for internal work.
